I believe this is Ulva californinca, the tubular or stringy form of Ulva. Formerly known as Enteromorpha. Any marine botanists out there want to check me on this ID, please?
Ulva californinca on Phyllospadix torreyi. This is the leafy form of Ulva commonly known as "sea lettuce."
