RAIN SQUALLS

Coming up the I5 and then the 99 from Santa Barbara to our home in NorCal there were some very active thunderstorms moving from west to east. Our vantage point in the foothills gave great looks at these weather cells as they worked across the central valley.

Eventually we did run smack into a couple of these intense downpours. There were huge rain drops and rain so hard we could only see a dozen or so yards ahead of the truck.

Fantastic!
